Nivedita

I’m Nivedita, originally from Wardha, Vidarbha region of Maharashtra – a foodie at heart who loves to cook and serve. Inspired by my roots and driven by the desire to bring authentic Saoji cuisine to food lovers, I founded Nivedita’s Kitchen.

Once, I tasted Saoji chicken in Pune where they claimed it was authentic. Sadly, it was far from the true Vidarbha flavor. That moment sparked an idea—why not bring the real taste to people myself?

At the heart of Nivedita’s Kitchen is my passion for fresh, flavorful food. I wanted to share the comfort of homemade dishes with the ease of doorstep delivery. From hand-picking ingredients to crafting each recipe, I make sure every bite is rich in flavor and true to tradition. My goal is simple—to serve food that feels authentic, comforting, and unforgettable.

Nivedita

I have a background in paramedical studies. After marriage, I turned to entrepreneurship and started a boutique. Life then took us to Scotland, so I had to pause my work. During the pandemic, I launched a cloud kitchen. As food delivery became essential, the business grew quickly. About a year ago, we moved the venture online to share our love for Saoji cuisine with people beyond our local area.
